Our items

 If you’re looking to return or exchange your order due to damage or an item being incorrect, we’re here to help. you can return your item within 14 days of purchase, provided the below is met. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, dependant on the issue. 

• Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible.
• If the items received were incorrect, we may ask you to return the incorrect item to swap, subject to our discretion.
• If any items are received damaged, please use the contact us form with pictures of the damage so we may contact you.
• For all returns, please contact us via the website contact page and we can discuss your options within 7 days of delivery.
• Should you be eligible for a refund, these will be sent to the card used for purchase, and we will be in touch with next steps.
